**Accounts Payable Analyst (Processing)**
**Location:** 400 Somerset Corporate Blvd, Bridgewater, NJ 08807
**Pay Rate:** $27.00/hour
**Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00-5:00, HYBRID In office Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
**Anticipated Duration:** April 1 st with possible extension
Kelly has an immediate opportunity for an **Accounts Payable Analyst. ** The Accounts Payable Analyst is accountable for processing invoices, ensuring accurate coding and inputting accounts payable financial information in a timely manner.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Primary responsibility involves processing high volume vendor invoices
+ Indexing incoming invoices
+ Processing PO and Non-PO invoices and check requests per company policy
+ Respond to internal and external customer inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation
+ Responsible to ensure proper and consistent compliance with company approved policies and procedures as they relate to accounts payable
+ Assist with AP month end closing and audit requests
+ Assist with special projects as needed
**Required Education / Skills / Abilities:**
+ High School Diploma required
+ 2 years Accounts Payable experience
+ SAP experience required
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and in a group
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
+ Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information
+ Experience with PeopleSoft preferred
+ Excellent verbal and writing skills required
+ Outstanding customer service and service orientation
+ Process mindset with focus on continuous improvement
+ Willing to commit to long hours during the month end/quarter end close
