Our client, a leading organization in the beauty products, is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Admin, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Payable team.
**Job Title:** Accounts Payable Administrator II
**Location:** Tampa, FL
**Pay Range:** $22 - $24 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Electronically process accounts payable transactions through 3-way matching for multiple regions including the USA, Canada, and manufacturing plants.
+ Coordinate activities within the accounts payable function to ensure accurate and timely payment processing using SAP FUSION, Wise, or Canada platform.
+ Act as an AP Champion to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
+ Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and business partners to resolve parked and blocked invoices efficiently.
+ Respond to internal and external inquiries, including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues, leveraging your customer service skills.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2-4 years of accounts payable experience.
+ High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
+ Experience processing high volumes of invoices (75-100 per day).
+ Proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP, is highly preferred.
+ Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
