About the RoleType: Full-Time, Consultant (10 month assignment)
Location: Wichita, KS 67210 — Onsite Required
Schedule: Monday–Friday (1st shift; exact hours determined post hire)
Pay Rate: $32.14 per hour
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll support key accounting functions by collecting, processing, and distributing financial data. Your work ensures compliance, accuracy, and integrity across the company’s financial transactions.
What You’ll Be DoingProcess accounts payable transactions with precision and timeliness.
Review financial documents, invoices, and reports for accuracy and compliance with established requirements.
Perform basic reconciliations and verify financial data.
Coordinate with employees, suppliers, customers, and cross functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
Support activities related to cost analysis, estimating, payroll, travel accounting, and disbursement control.
Utilize SAP and other invoicing systems to process and track financial data effectively.
Required QualificationsHigh school diploma and 4+ years of related experience in accounting or finance.
Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and SAP.
Must be able to work onsite in Wichita, KS.
Strong communication skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with invoicing systems.
Preferred QualificationsAssociate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Previous experience supporting accounting functions in a large or technical organization.

Pay Details: $32.14 per hour
