It’s a great time to be a part of ZOLL!Essential Functions + Manages Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables – follow up on collections and payments + Deliver on time results and services to both external and internal customers + Process monthly staff claims + Prepare all forms of respective region quarterly tax reporting + Processing all invoices, expenses request and forms of payment + Validation of Purchase Orders to Invoices received + Timely completion of all scheduled tasks; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually. + Ensure processes are followed accordance to internal working procedures and instructions + Proper and timing filing of all financial data and documentation + Assist with Finance Manager with local financial statements, audits and variance as required. + Report directly to Finance Manager Required/Preferred Education and Experience + Diploma holder in Accounting or its equivalent + Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred ZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
