Description We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Riverside, California. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain general accounting activities, including ledger reconciliation and journal entries. • Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Perform cost accounting tasks, including standard cost analysis and reporting. • Collaborate with the Controller on special accounting projects to enhance financial operations. • Assist in month-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. • Utilize NetSuite software to streamline accounting processes and generate financial reports. • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Support audit and compliance activities by providing necessary documentation and repor Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field. • Proficiency in general accounting practices, including ledger management and journal entries. • Experience with cost accounting and standard costing methodologies. • Advanced knowledge of NetSuite software for accounting purposes. • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
