Job Description

Job Summary:

The Finance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance team, which includes Accounts Payable (AP), Revenue Accounting, General Ledger (GL), and Procurement functions. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, process efficiency, policy compliance, and high service levels across all finance operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Manage client relationship 

 

Supervise and support a team of finance professionals including: 

 

AP Manager, AP Lead, Sr. AP Specialists (Level 1 & 2) 

 

Senior Revenue Accountants and Revenue Accountant 

 

GL Accountants 

 

Procurement Analyst 

 

Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, revenue recognition, and month-end closing activities. 

 

Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports. 

 

Monitor adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP, IFRS). 

 

Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation or system implementation projects. 

 

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., Operations, Procurement, FP&A). 

 

Support audits and respond to external/internal auditor inquiries. 

 

Coach, develop, and mentor team members to drive performance and growth. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred). 

English proficiency B2 

3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. 

 

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and reporting tools. 

 

Experience managing teams across AP, Revenue, GL, and Procurement is highly desirable. 

 

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Excel. 

 

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. 

 

Preferred Skills: 

 

Familiarity with P2P and O2C processes. 

 

Experience working in a shared service or BPO environment. 

 

Ability to lead change and implement best practices.
