Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable processes, including reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices. • Oversee accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely collection and accurate records. • Perform precise data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial information. • Process invoices efficiently using accounting software tools. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for creating reports, tracking expenses, and analyzing data. • Collaborate with teams in a global manufacturing environment to ensure financial compliance. • Work with SAP and cloud ERP systems to manage financial workflows. • Ensure accurate and timely financial documentation for audits and reporting. • Support continuous improvement initiatives within accounting and finance processes. • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy. • Familiarity with invoice processing tools and accounting software. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. • Experience working in a global manufacturing setting. • Knowledge of SAP and cloud ERP systems. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
