In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and internal partners to maintain accurate financial records, support day-to-day accounting operations, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. This position offers meaningful variety, responsibility, and long-term stability within a small, collaborative accounting team.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable end-to-end, including invoice review, auditing, and check preparation (primary focus)Handle accounts receivable activities, reconciliations, and aging across multiple entitiesPrepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and intercompany accounting supportMaintain accurate financial records and support audits, controls, and reportingHelp improve accounting processes and drive automation, with strong Excel involvementQualificationsAssociate’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience (preferred over Bachelor’s)Minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, with strong AP backgroundExperience with intercompany and multi-entity accountingProficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skillsTeam-first mindset with high integrity, attention to detail, and kindnessWhy Join This Team?This organization is built on long-term relationships, trust, and genuine care for people.
