\n\t\t\t\t\tAccounting Specialist to manage all supplier-related financial transactions, billing, and collections. This role serves as the primary point of contact for suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and strong relationships. The Accounting Specialist will work across multiple teams, acting as a bridge between suppliers and the sales to resolve issues efficiently.\n\nThis individual will be a key member of the Accounting team while maintaining close collaboration with the front office. They will also serve as a backup for the Controller, overseeing ACH/check payments when needed. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment are essential for success in this role.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAccounts Receivable & Payable\n\nProcess all supplier invoices, credits, and payments in NetSuite.\nManage supplier collections and follow up on past-due balances.\nEnter and reconcile supplier expenses, including bill-back charges.\nEnsure accurate and timely day-to-day transaction entries.\nRun ACH and check payments in the absence of the Controller.\nSupplier Relationship Management\n\nAct as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring issues are directed to the right sales representatives.\nDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers to facilitate smooth transactions.\nCommunicate payment statuses, resolve discrepancies, and assist with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.\nCross-Team Collaboration & Office Support\n\nWork closely with sales managers to address supplier concerns and coordinate resolutions.\nAssist in documenting policies and procedures for supplier billing processes.\nBe a team player, stepping in where needed to support both the Front Office and Accounting teams.\nQualifications\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\n3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or Accounts Payable.\nProficiency in NetSuite, Excel, Google Sheets, and Drive.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.\nExcellent communication skills—able to maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred, but not required).\nExperience in wholesale, distribution, or supplier relations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
