Core Experience:

•\t3+ years of accounting experience

•\tExperience with processing invoices and collections

•\tExperience with vendor management

•\tExperience with ERP systems, QuickBooks, and Excel – pivot tables, v look ups

Responsibilities of this Role:

•\tMaintain accounts receivable processing and perform reconciliations

•\tManage collections activity and provide status updates to management

•\tOversee the accounts payable process, ensuring purchase order to invoice matching, documentation, and reconciliations are in line with internal controls

•\tIdentify and address inefficient processes proactively

•\tContribute to the monthly reporting processes through assigned reconciliations

•\tProvide external auditors with the necessary information for the annual review

•\tConduct other reconciliations and accounting research as required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
