What you will do: + Leading the OAOL Genpact process teams, to drive an efficient close, consistent with Cytiva policies and procedures during monthly/quarterly close process + Identifying simplification and enhancement opportunities in accounting and reporting processes relating to OAL + Actively supporting the Monthly/Quarterly close & reporting process for the Cytiva business including leading the preparation of balance sheet reporting and supplemental data requests for OAOLin line with DHR guidelines + Support global internal & external audits & SOXs. Who you are: + Accounting or Finance Qualification for several years + Process improvement or project management experience + Leadership experience: has experience leading team members balancing execution through others with inclusiveness, leveraging expertise, clear thinking, imagination, and external focus.
