Accounting Operations Specialist (Meritain Health)

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** + Review new client onboarding requests and validate them against established book pricing. + Review existing client annual renewal requests and validate them against various system control points. + Triage both new and renewal intake requests. + Manage the inventory of all new and renewal tasks. + Participate in meetings and initiatives related to new and renewal activities. + Perform other RevOps ( _Revenue Operations_ )/finance tasks as requested for billing, accounts receivable and/or surcharge & assessments processes. + Work closely with partners in Client Management, SOURCE Renewal Team and Revenue Operations Billing and Specialized Support. + Learn all relevant product and pricing strategies. + Apply aforementioned product and pricing strategies to client plan renewal submissions and either approve or deny as needed. + Perform additional revenue operations duties as needed. **Required Qualifications** + 3-5 years of experience regularly utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and pivot functions. + Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days per week spent in the Amherst, New York office. **Preferred Qualifications** + Ability to maintain a calm and patient demeanor in a high-paced environment. + Strong collaborative skills. + Previous experience with a third-party administrator. + Working knowledge of Source/CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) applications. + Working knowledge of Sage/Accpac application. **Education** + Associate’s degree in a finance and/or technology-related field, or equivalent experience (high school diploma or GED + 2 years of relevant experience). **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
