Job details We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to own the day-to-day accounting and month-end
close across multiple entities. This role reports directly to the CFO and is ideal for a detail-oriented
accountant who enjoys managing core accounting functions, improving processes, and working closely
with leadership.

Responsibilities: ... ??? Own and manage the monthly close process across multiple entities
??? Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules
??? Maintain accurate general ledger and intercompany accounting
??? Assist with cash management, AR/AP oversight, and working capital tracking
??? Prepare monthly financial statements and support CFO reporting needs
??? Coordinate with external CPA firm on tax filings and year-end close
??? Help document and improve accounting processes and internal controls
??? Partner with operational teams to ensure accurate financial data

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience in multi-entity or operationally complex businesses
- Experience with inventory, fixed assets, or asset-heavy operations
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in Accounting or Finance
??? 4???7+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close ownership
??? Good understanding of GAAP
??? Experience working with external CPAs
??? Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
