Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. In this role, you will oversee key financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting operations. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex accounting tasks. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting. • Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with established regulations and standards. • Coordinate and support financial statement audits, including the preparation of required documentation. • Ensure timely and accurate account reconciliations across multiple accounts. • Supervise the preparation and posting of journal entries. • Utilize NetSuite to optimize accounting workflows and reporting. • Monitor and enforce compliance with internal policies and external regulations. • Train and mentor entry-level team members to foster growth. • Identify opportunities for process improvements within accounting operations. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management. • Comprehensive knowledge of month-end closing processes and general ledger maintenance. • Experience with preparing and reviewing financial statements and supporting audits. • Proficiency in performing account reconciliations and managing journal entries. • Advanced skills in using NetSuite or similar ERP systems. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements. • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
