Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to lead financial operations and ensure accurate reporting. This role involves overseeing accounting processes, maintaining compliance, and driving efficiency in financial practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and a proven ability to manage teams effectively. Responsibilities: • Oversee month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. • Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly recorded and reconciled. • Coordinate and prepare for financial statement audits, collaborating with auditors as needed. • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. • Review and approve journal entries to maintain compliance with accounting standards. • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and supporting their attention to detail and growth. • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. • Monitor financial data to identify trends and support decision-making processes. • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls. • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in accounting management or supervisory roles. • Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and general ledger management. • Familiarity with financial statement audits and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in account reconciliations and journal entry reviews. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams.
