Accounting Manager
Accounting Leader Dedicated to Strengthening Financial Operations That Support High‑Quality, Innovation‑Driven LED Solutions for Any Project or Space We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations within a fast‑growing, innovation‑driven organization. You will guide a talented team through month‑end close, reporting, reconciliations, and continuous process improvement while helping strengthen the financial foundation needed for ongoing growth. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Accounting Leadership + Oversee all daily accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP. + Lead the month‑end and year‑end close processes within a 2‑week cycle. + Review and prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and internal reporting packages. + Manage general ledger activity, fixed assets, accruals, and account reconciliations. + Maintain and optimize the chart of accounts across multiple divisions. Process & Systems Management + Strengthen internal controls and standardize accounting procedures. + Partner cross‑functionally to streamline workflows and support scalable growth. + Work extensively with large ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, or similar). + Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting support, and analytical projects. + Research and resolve complex accounting issues in a timely manner. Team Leadership + Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff to support professional growth and high performance. + Foster a collaborative, communicative, and supportive team environment. + Encourage accountability, continuous improvement, and best‑practice discipline. QualificationsRequired + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. + 5–7 years of progressive corporate accounting experience, including some leadership experience. + Strong working knowledge of GAAP and full‑cycle accounting. + Hands‑on experience with general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. + Experience with multi‑entity or multi‑division reporting. + Proficiency with large accounting/ERP systems. Preferred + CPA certification or active candidacy. + Experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar data tools. + Background in public accounting or audit. + Experience supporting forecasting or financial modeling.
