Job Description
The Accounting Manager will oversee professional level accounting functions and the preparation of comprehensive reports detailing earnings, profits/losses, cash balances, and cost accounting. This role involves managing daily cash position and cash forecasting processes, ensuring the accuracy of operating and financial reports, and advising upper management on resource utilization and capital management.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the preparation of financial reports, including earnings, profits/losses, cash balances, and cost accounting.
+ Oversee daily cash position and cash forecasting processes.
+ Ensure accuracy of operating and financial reports.
+ Advise upper management on the effective use of resources and methods to prevent capital freeze.
+ Interpret and present accounts and records to upper management.
+ Analyze records of present and past operations, trends, costs, revenues, commitments, and obligations.
+ Develop, install, and maintain budgeting systems to control expenses.
+ Document financial transactions by preparing general ledger account entries and maintaining records and files.
+ Reconcile balance sheet and select income statement accounts with accounting system modules/subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger.
+ Ensure accuracy of daily operational financial transactions, including Purchasing, Accounts Receivable Billing, Cash Receipts and Disbursements, and Payroll.
+ Prepare for ISO 9001 and other audits.
+ Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $51.00/hr.
