We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Accounting Manager** to drive excellence in service delivery for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to stringent Service Level Agreements. Within CBRE IA&R, you will be challenged to develop yourself, to extend your knowledge and skills and to further improve and professionalize various processes within the company. **What You’ll Do:** + **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain key client relationships, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of all reporting requirements for your assigned client portfolio. + **Financial Reporting Oversight:** Supervise the preparation of bespoke monthly and quarterly closings, meticulously tailored to meet each client's unique requirements. + **Financial Statement Review:** Oversee the review of annual and interim standalone financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP. + **Strategic Support:** Contribute to financial analysis, complex reporting, and support acquisitions, disposals, and liquidations. + **Tax & Distribution Support:** Provide essential support in the tax return process and the calculation and processing of dividends and distributions. + **Team Leadership:** Mentor, develop, and manage team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. + **Process Improvement:** Identify and champion process enhancements and efficiencies, collaborating with Directors to implement innovative solutions. **What You’ll Bring:** + A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or Accountancy, or equivalent.
