This role is designed to anchor critical accounting functions by working closely with our global accounting teams, ensuring timely and accurate support for both Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative problem-solver with strong analytical skills, and a passion for process improvement. **What You'll Do:** + Act as a central point of contact between Finance, Operations, Controllership, and BSO teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of deliverables. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new business services and implement standardized billing processes. + Lead the creation of CBRE rate plans and rate sets for billing purposes. + Perform property management financial analysis to support month-end close activities, budgeting, and forecasting. + Facilitate and lead monthly close meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and communicate potential implications. + Prepare and review non-standard journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance. + Develop and refine intercompany accounting processes to improve efficiency and transparency. + Streamline Host LOB processes to enhance reporting and operational effectiveness. + Drive monthly projects focused on standardizing and improving financial processes across teams. + Act as subject matter expert for line of business and cross train support teams so they can assist regions going forward. + Management fee accrual review and variance analysis. + Lead net comp review and variance analysis, projects and contract setup guidance, bad debt analysis and Peoplesoft enhancements. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily.
