**Accounting Manager** **Job Type:** Full-time **Salary:** Competitive, based on experience **Work Environment** + Monday through Friday schedule. + On-Site + Occasional job site visits or meetings with project managers. **Overview** We’re hiring an **Accounting Manager** to lead financial operations. This role oversees job costing, payroll, billing, A/P and A/R, and financial reporting. You’ll support project teams with cost analysis and ensure compliance with industry standards. **Responsibilities** + Manage daily accounting functions and month/year-end close + Prepare WIP and job cost reports; analyze variances + Monitor project budgets, profitability, and cash flow + Oversee subcontractor compliance and AIA billing + Maintain cost codes and expense allocations + Ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance + Supervise accounting staff and collaborate with project teams + Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and insurance providers + Improve processes and internal controls **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred) + 5+ years accounting experience, 2+ in management + Construction industry experience required + Proficient in Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint, Foundation, or QuickBooks + Strong Excel and job costing skills + Excellent communication and leadership abilities **ManpowerGroup recognizes the importance of providing an accessible and barrier-free environment.
