Job Title: Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
+ Direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
+ Supervise and participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entry reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
+ Assist the Senior Director and CFO in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, providing strategic insights and analysis to support business decisions.
+ Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit.
+ Help lead or support the implementation and optimization of financial systems, data environments, and software to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
+ Mentor and develop the accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance, accountability, and teamwork.
+ Assist in and support treasury functions.
+ Manage ad hoc financial analyses and projects, as required, to support the Senior Director, the CFO, and other executive management.
Essential Skills
+ Strong understanding and ability to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
+ Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on teaming and developing staff.
+ 10 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial role overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, or related functions.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
+ Experience going through technology change, such as ERP Transformation.
+ Public accounting experience preferred.
+ Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
+ Passion and energy for Accounting and Finance.
Work Environment
The position is based onsite at the Corporate HQ, located in a prominent building with a full gym. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Maryland Heights, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $132000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Maryland Heights,MO.
