Accounting Manager needed in Doral FL! This role is 5 days a week on site in the construction space! Bonuses offered twice a year!!
Key Responsibilities:

•\tAssist with the preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports.

•\tAnalyze financial information to identify discrepancies.

•\tResearch and resolving discrepancies in a timely fashion.

•\tSolid knowledge of job costing accounting ( construction industry ).

•\tInterpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

•\tCompile and prepare routine reports, GL postings and summaries.

•\tMonthly close duties include posting journal entries, accruals and reclasses, high volume account reconciliations and variance analysis.

•\tSupervise all cash applications and reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and intercompany transactions.

•\tAssist with inventory counts and evaluation, if required.

•\tMaintain fixed assets and assets financing schedules.

•\tProvide guidance and orientation to accounts receivable and accounts payable teams as needed.

•\tSupport on external audits and review.

Other tasks and duties as assigned.Qualifications:

\tSolid knowledge of IFRS and/or USGAAP reporting requirements, especially IFRS 15 or ASC 606 (mandatory)

•\tAt least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and elaborating Work in Progress report and Percentage of Completion methodology.

•\tAdvanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.

•\tAdvanced spreadsheet skills are required.

•\tOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

•\tAble to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought-out conclusions.

•\tAttention to detail and accuracy.

•\tWilling to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction.

•\tInternally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $62.00/hr.
