Accounting Manager

Our client, a retail holdings company is seeking an **Accounting Manager** to join their team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be part of the Accounting Team, supporting subsidiary and parent company financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be **conversational in Korean** and 10 years of accounting experience, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Accounting Manager**
**Location: Brea, California**
**Pay Range: $90K+**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Perform financial consolidation, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
+ Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes
+ Ensure consolidated tax compliance, including preparation of required tax filings and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on tax planning & audits.
+ Support cost accounting processes, including cost allocation and margin analysis.
+ Utilize MS Dynamics 365 Business Central for accounting and financial reporting tasks.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
+ 10 years of progressive experience in accounting including financial report and consolidation.
+ Strong knowledge of GAAP & IFRS.
+ CPA preferred, & experience working with auditors and handling tax compliance.
+ Full English fluency and ability to speak Korean.
