What Will You Do? + Participate in the monthly financial closing process. + Employee expense reports compliance audits. + Purchases made without a PO compliance audits. + Assist with monthly Fixed Asset maintenance. + Perform monthly account reconciliations for assigned accounts. + Preparation of monthly journal entries. + Prepare sales tax returns under the guidance of the Sr. Accountant. + Assist with obtaining Sales Tax Exemption Certificates from customers. Qualifications Education: + Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s from an accredited college or university studying Accounting, Finance or Business-Related field. + Completion of one or more semesters of related coursework. Qualifications: + Close attention to detail and requires strong organizational skills. + Strong verbal and written communications skills. + Strong technical aptitude, particularly in the development of Excel spreadsheets. + Ability to use internet and web-based resources efficiently and effectively. + Strong analytical problem-solving skills and critical thinking. + Good work ethic and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
