Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Accounting Coordinator On-site to join their team. As an Accounting Coordinator On-site, you will be part of the Finance department supporting cost accounting and inventory activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounting Coordinator On-site

Location: Leeds, AL

Pay Range: $31.25 per hour

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

Assist in the monthly closing and reporting process using financial reporting systems. Work with Bill of Materials and Product Routings through SAP system. Support monthly variance analysis including PPV, freight, material usage, production order, labor, and overhead variances. Provide analysis and support during internal and external audits. Review, analyze, and update standard product costs related to labor, materials, and overhead.

What's Needed?

1-3 years of cost accounting experience using SAP or similar ERP in a manufacturing environment. Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred. Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word. Ability to support internal and external audit activities and perform ad hoc financial requests.
