Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Coordinator for one of our clients in Valhalla, NY. This person will be responsible for processing purchase orders, invoices, tracking spreadsheets, and vendor management for all site operations. This person will be responslble for regularly communicating with multiple department managers to input new data, look up information, and create spreadsheets to track projects. They will be managing budget tracking excel files with multiple users and emailing multiple vendors to track status of purchase orders and invoices. They will manage bid process for multiple managers, compile gid specifications, contact vendors, setup site visits. They will proactively review spreadsheets and offer opportunities for improvement. The pay will be between 30-40/hr and performed at least 4 days a week on-site in Valhalla, NY.
