GFT is seeking an Accounting Clerk - Accounts Payable to fill a position within our Finance team in Toronto. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our Toronto office.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Process AP Invoices in accordance with company policies and departmental scheduling.Clarifies any questionable items and obtains adequate supporting documentationRespond to inquiries regarding the status of invoicesRelease holds on vendor invoicesProcess payments to vendors and employees payablesMaintain AP Vendor filesProcess multi-currency manual checksProcess AP check run distributionOther duties as assigned
What you will bring to our firm:
High School DiplomaMinimum 1 year general office experienceProficient with computer software and internet

The salary range for this position is $43,300.00 - $55,000.00. Salary dependent upon experience and geographic location.
