Temp-to-Hire position$21.00 to $26.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate recordsEnter financial data and keep accounting records up to dateReconcile accounts and research discrepanciesSupport general bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasksAccounting Clerk Qualifications:
Experience with AR, AP, and payroll requiredStrong Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, accuracy is key!)Experience with QuickBooks preferredSolid understanding of basic accounting principlesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAble to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlinesApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
