Temp-to-Hire position$26.00 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Financial, administrative, and clerical support with a focus on accounts receivable dutiesPrimarily working on the receivable side of the company’s finances, this Accounting Clerk position focuses on customer-relatedRecord keeping including accounting job file coordination, financial reporting, invoicing and receivablesResponsibilities include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of receivable operations during payment processing and monitoring of incoming payments for reconciliation and recoveryAccounting Clerk Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GEDAssociates Degree in Accounting or Business AdministrationERP system experienceBookkeeping and accounting experience10-keyExperience with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecastingStrong customer service skillsApplicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
