What You Will DoSupport daily accounting operations for a busy and friendly finance teamProcess customer payments and vendor invoices with accuracyManage accounts receivable and accounts payable entriesPerform account reconciliations and help resolve discrepanciesAssist with month end tasks and general ledger supportWork with billing codes and support billing functionsCommunicate with internal teams and external partners to keep processes running smoothlyMaintain well organized records and documentationHandle data entry and administrative tasks that keep the department operating efficientlyWhat You BringAt least 2 years of accounting experienceExperience with AR, AP, and reconciliationsStrong attention to detail and reliable accuracyGood communication and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft ExcelPreferred QualificationsExperience with MIP or Sage accounting softwareFamiliarity with Medicare or Medicaid billingExposure to GAAP including reconciliations, collections, and general ledger tasksWhy You Will Love Working HereThis organization has a long tradition of helping people of youth build brighter futures. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
