This is a project-based role that encompasses three main areas of responsibility: administrative tasks, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various tasks efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesAdministrative: Open, organize, and process daily mail, manage payments with training provided for depositing checks, and scan invoices.Accounts Payable: Manually process operating expenses daily, organize and process checks weekly, stuff envelopes, run through postage machine, code credit card transactions to the general ledger daily, and code monthly Fuel Express invoices.Accounts Receivable: Deposit checks daily, post check payments for SK customers daily, post electronic payments, and potentially send invoices and/or monthly statements as needed.Compliance: Remit sales tax monthly by logging into state websites to make electronic payments.Essential SkillsAccountingAccounts payableAccounts receivableReconciliationInvoicingData entryMicrosoft Excel proficiencyAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma required2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or invoicingProficiency in Microsoft OfficeWork EnvironmentThe work schedule is five days a week, onsite, with business casual attire. The hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, or around those times, offering some flexibility.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.04 - $26.44/hr.
