Job DescriptionOversee key financial operations, including three-way match procedures, vendor issue resolution, and efficient problem-solving across accounts.Manage customer billing, process check deposits, handle management change orders, and ensure proper distribution of tax exemption certificates.Perform daily financial tasks such as applying payments in the ERP system, recording bank transactions including ACH payments, and supporting B2B collections when needed.ResponsibilitiesPerform three-way match verification for all financial transactions.Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors promptly.Prepare and send customer invoices; manage incoming check deposits.Process change orders submitted by management.Ensure customers receive appropriate tax exemption documentation.Apply daily check deposits and payments within the ERP system.Record daily bank activity, including ACH transactions, in the ERP.Support B2B collections efforts as needed.Essential SkillsStrong understanding of both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.Skilled in invoice processing and three-way match procedures.Capable of handling responsibilities across AP and AR roles.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including use of VLOOKUP.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in AP and/or AR roles.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Prior experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus.Familiarity with Crystal Reports is preferred.Motivated to grow into a Staff Accountant position.Work Environment
This position is onsite with standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
