Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support across a variety of functions. This role is instrumental in maintaining accurate records, compiling and retrieving data, and supporting financial operations including budget tracking, variance analysis, cost monitoring, and month-end close activities. The position ensures all financial transactions are executed in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
Additional responsibilities may include limited accounts payable processing, inventory oversight, and performance indicator tracking. The role may also involve other administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications a plus2–5 years of relevant administrative or clerical experienceSupervisory experience preferred, if applicableStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in data management and financial reporting systemsFamiliarity with SOX compliance and general accounting principlesPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
