We are looking for an AR/AP Specialist for a contract to hire role. This role involves performing basic accounting functions, accounts receivable, accounts payables, and cutting checks. The position offers a hybrid schedule and an opportunity to work in a business office within a new growing Accounting department,
Key Responsibilities
+ Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
+ Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and recording payments.
+ Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
+ Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
+ Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
+ Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries.
+ Support the Controller with month-end and year-end closing processes.
+ Cut checks accurately and efficiently.
+ Utilize any AR/AP system for accounting tasks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
