Description We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Associate to join our team in Overland Park, Kansas. In this role, you will handle a variety of accounting and clerical tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and timeliness. • Manage invoice processing and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping. • Perform accurate data entry to maintain financial records and databases. • Utilize QuickBooks to support various accounting functions and generate reports. • Assist with reconciliations and resolving discrepancies in financial statements. • Provide administrative support across departments as needed. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency. • Contribute to improving processes and maintaining high attention to detail in all tasks. • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to support the organization’s goals. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Familiarity with invoice processing and financial documentation. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform tasks across different functions. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
