Accounting Associate
Accounting AssociateKey Responsibilities: + Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and budget documentation + Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain financial records + Process accounts payable transactions and ensure proper documentation + Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly + Support month-end and year-end closing activities + Monitor and manage employee expense reports and reimbursement processes + Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits + Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and records + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency + Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: Education & Experience: + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field + 3–7 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred Skills & Competencies: + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) + Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines + High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information + Effective communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: + Experience working with ERP systems + Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) + Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards + Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
