Job Title: Accounting Associate

Pay Range: $22/hr – $25/hr

Location: Louisville, KY

Shift: 1st shift (7:00am – 3:30pm)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support our finance operations. This role requires hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable and Payable, QuickBooks, Excel, and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactionsPerform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesEnter and maintain financial data in QuickBooks and ExcelAssist with monthly and quarterly financial reportingEnsure timely and accurate invoice processing and payment trackingSupport audit preparation and documentationMaintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeepingProficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)Strong attention to detail and data accuracyExperience with data entry and financial documentationAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and organizational skillsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
