Position Summary
The Assistant Bookkeeper will support daily accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, trustworthy, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. The position is 100% onsite and requires signing an NDA.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Accounts Payable (AP) functions: coding, processing, and reconciling vendor invoices.Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks: invoicing, payment posting, collections follow‑up.Prepare and post journal entries.Maintain general ledger accuracy through bookkeeping, reconciliation, and documentation.Assist with month‑end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting.Conduct research and analysis to resolve discrepancies and support financial decisions.Support billing functions as needed.Deliver clear communication with internal staff, vendors, and customers.Provide occasional administrative support as needed (answering phones, document organization, etc.).Skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00/hr.
