Accounting and Finance Support Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the distribution industry, is seeking an Accounting/Finance Support to join their team. As an Accounting/Finance Support, you will be part of the administrative team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Accounting/Finance Support
**Location:** Compton, CA
**Pay Range:** $22.00 - $25.00 Hourly
**Shift:** Monday to Friday, starting at 3:00 AM or 5:00 AM
**What's the Job?**
+ Compute, classify, record, and verify numerical data for maintaining accounting records.
+ Provide time and attendance administrative support for various associates at the Distribution Center.
+ Process payroll adjustments and manage attendance tracking.
+ Review and process terminations and change of status requests.
+ Transmit accurate time cards to payroll by required deadlines.
**What's Needed?**
+ A minimum of 1 year of experience in timekeeping, payroll, or related fields.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
+ Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
