Accounting Analyst (Part-Time)

**Location:** Onsite – Racine, WI
**Contract Assignment:** Estimate 1 year duration
**Pay Rate:** $30 – $35 per hour
**Hours:** 20–30 per week
+ Monday & Tuesday: 8-hour days
+ Remaining days: Flexible based on demand
**About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Accounting Specialist** to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role will primarily support month-end activities, including postings, reconciliations, and reporting within **SAP** and related systems. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial data processing and reporting for month-end close and other recurring tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform monthly postings and reconciliations
+ Support reporting activities within SAP and related systems
+ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
+ Follow established processes and instructions to complete tasks
**Requirements**
+ Associate Degree in Accounting or Business
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting
+ Intermediate to advanced **Excel** skills
+ Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
**Preferred**
+ **SAP experience**
