Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Recording income and expense entries Managing purchases Monitoring customer accounts and identifying overdue balances Communicating with customers (by phone, email, and in writing) to issue payment reminders Preparing supplier payments Filing and record keeping Supporting internal audit procedures Performing other accounting-related tasks Collaborating with all departments Qualifications Required Qualifications / Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting At least 1 year of experience in a similar position Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel Strong data analysis and synthesis skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
