We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Analyst to join our team in managing the Retail Dealer Accounting System. The role involves detailed financial account analysis, month-end close procedures, and compliance with internal controls.
ResponsibilitiesPerform customer account analysis and month-end close procedures.Conduct reconciliations and analysis to resolve intercompany differences.Manage accounts receivable/payable invoicing related to intercompany transactions.Handle miscellaneous requests and conduct analytical reviews for assigned general ledger accounts.Recommend adjustments as necessary and perform system testing.Develop and review test cases, ensuring compliance with internal controls and proper segregation of duties.
Essential SkillsProficiency in accounting, SAP, and internal controls.Strong understanding of recording and reporting financial transactions.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Excellent analytical skills to collect data, establish facts, and identify trends.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access, including pivot tables and lookup functions.3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial statement analysis.
Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment
The position is based in a corporate office environment, offering a dedicated cubicle with a computer and multiple monitors. This role provides opportunities for growth within a large automotive organization.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
