Job Description
The Accounting Analyst is responsible for the validation and processing of short-dated and outdated products. This role involves gathering key information to support, analyze, and credit customers, as well as providing dispute resolution and negotiation of settlements. The analyst will collaborate with Credit and Collections, provide management with periodic reporting and analysis of return activity, and interact with various departments such as customer service, contracts and pricing, and accounts receivable. Direct communication with customers is also a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities
Process Return Credits: Receive EDI data and determine whether to process or deny credit based on several variable criteria. Utilize return data from both the company and third-party systems.Monitor and minimize return deductions. Maintain deduction levels and processing objectives as determined by management. Create and maintain reports to track the progress of return deduction resolution and proactively address system issues which may impact the timely processing of returns.Create, analyze, and provide reporting to management based on transactional data from various systems. Reach out to customers and provide status updates on returns.Act as a liaison between IT and Sales Operations for EDI transactions from IBM to iContracts.Participate in special projects as needed.Essential Skills
1-3 years of SAP experience2+ years of experience with Pivot tables and MS Excel2+ years of returns, credit, or customer service experience2+ years of experience handling returns in a pharmaceutical settingAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new systemsAdditional Skills & Qualifications

The role is based in a high-paced office environment. The work schedule includes 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote. Training will require being onsite 3-4 days a week for the first month.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
