Job Title: Accounting AdministratorJob Description Join our dynamic team as an Accounting Administrator, where you will work with multiple branches and manage tasks across three different portals. This role involves reviewing monthly invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring a seamless three-way match with purchase orders. You will also maintain vendor relationships to track rebates and reduce costs. This position requires adaptability to work with various personality types and a knack for navigating through different systems quickly. Responsibilities + Review monthly invoices and resolve discrepancies. + Ensure purchase orders match invoices through a detailed three-way match process. + Adapt to various personality types while working with multiple branches. + Perform manual data entry and updates across different systems. + Manage various change orders efficiently. + Maintain vendor relationships to track rebates and reduce costs. Essential Skills + Proficiency in accounting, accounts payable, and data entry. + Ability to work remotely and adapt quickly to new systems. + Strong organizational skills. + Entry-level experience in accounting. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in construction or fleet management is advantageous. + Familiarity with Google applications, such as Google Meet, is beneficial. + Trainable and open to coaching. Work Environment This role is based in a corporate office in Tampa, FL, conveniently located near the airport. Initial training will be conducted fully on-site for one week. After training, the role allows for remote work four days a week, with one mandatory in-office day on Tuesdays. You must be a self-starter capable of thriving in a highly remote environment. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
