Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $25.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Accounts PayableProcess and code vendor invoicesMatch invoices to purchase orders and approvalsPrepare and issue payments (checks, ACH) Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepanciesAccounts ReceivableCreate and send customer invoicesPost payments and apply creditsMonitor aging reports and assist with collectionsRespond to customer billing inquiriesReconcile AP and AR accountsAssist with month-end close and reportingMaintain accurate and organized financial recordsOther duties as assignedAccounting Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years of experience.
