Job Description​​​​​Raising sales invoicesMaintaining financial reportsPosting purchase invoicesDealing with queries from suppliersPosting payments and receipts Bank Recs / Cash ControlMonth End & other reportsHigh volume transactionsPreparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processesPerforming monthly balance sheet reconciliationsMeeting processing and reporting deadline

QualificationsFluent in English, strong written and verbal communication for local and international collaborationDegree in Accounting or Finance , relevant qualification requiredMinimum 1-2 years experience requiredStrong numeracy and analytical skills, confident working with financial data and reportsHighly organized and detail-oriented - accuracy and attention to detail are essentialIntermediate Excel skills, comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and spreadsheetsAble to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentQuick to learn, adaptable and able to pick up new systems and processes efficiently
