Accountant II
**Job Title: Accountant** **Location: East Tulsa** **Job Type: Full-Time | 6-Month Contract** We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Accountant** to join our team. This position is responsible for accounts payable, general ledger activities, and supporting various accounting functions. **Key Responsibilities:** + Process accounts payable and review vendor invoices according to scheduled timelines + Prepare assigned reports, including financial analysis + Handle packing slips and bills of lading (BOLs) + Perform monthly general ledger account entries + Assist with month-end closing activities + Liaise with internal teams and shared services + Identify and recommend process improvements + Provide guidance to employees on company expense procedures + Deliver excellent customer service by resolving accounting-related inquiries + Collaborate with department managers to resolve issues efficiently **What We're Looking For:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred) + Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, including A/P and/or A/R + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and Word + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry (preferred) + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
