\n\t\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities\n\nPrepare and issue time and materials invoices accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with client contracts and company policies.\nReview project cost reports, labor hours, subcontractor charges, and materials usage to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to billing.\nCollaborate with project managers, estimators, and field supervisors to validate billable work and resolve any discrepancies.\nMaintain detailed supporting documentation for all billed amounts, including purchase orders, time sheets, material receipts, and subcontractor pay apps.\nAssist with month-end closing activities, including accruals, journal entries, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.\nSupport audit and compliance processes by providing necessary records and explanations.

\n\t\t\t\t\tQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.\nMinimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry required.\nStrong understanding of time and materials billing, job costing, and revenue recognition principles.\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong attention-to-detail.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nExperience working with unit price or cost-plus contracts preferred\nFamiliarity with AIA billing and lien waivers preferred\nProficiency with construction accounting software (e.g., Sage 300, Viewpoint Vista, Procore, or similar) preferred

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $50.00/hr.
