\n\t\t\t\t\t

Lead the monthly close process for assigned manufacturing plants.\nPrepare timely and accurate financial statements.\nAssist with year-end close and external audit preparation.\nReview and record inventory transactions including receiving, production disposition, and other activities.\nAnalyze inventory variances and collaborate with plant teams to identify trends and resolve discrepancies.\nProcess weekly payroll using a third-party provider (Paychex) for assigned locations.\nEnsure accuracy and compliance with payroll policies and procedures.\nReceive and review vendor invoices, perform three-way match, and obtain necessary approvals.\nEnter approved invoices into the ERP system (IQMS) and execute weekly check runs.\nSupport cash application, customer pricing updates, and account reconciliations.\nParticipate in other accounting tasks and projects as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
