We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for individuals early in their accounting careers who are eager to grow and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:Assist with month-end and year-end close processesPrepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accountsSupport accounts payable and receivable functionsMaintain and update financial records in the ERP systemAssist with payroll processing and reporting using systems like ADP or PaychexGenerate and format financial reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policiesSupport cost accounting and inventory tracking in a manufacturing environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processesTake initiative to support team projects and ad hoc tasksQualifications:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance0–4 years of relevant accounting experienceExperience with ERP systems and general ledger management is a plusFamiliarity with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, etc.) preferredStrong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functionsBasic understanding of GAAP and accounting principlesExperience in a manufacturing or cost accounting environment is a plusHigh attention to detail and accuracySelf-starter with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skillsComfortable working in a small corporate office and team setting

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
